Do you play music? What kind?

Like to use certain lighting? How bright?

Does your studio have an easel or drawing table?

Or is it like mine with the desktop computer and Wacom tablet?

What inspirations are on the wall?

Any toys on the desk top or easel?

    Thanks, Gimel-

I usually play music from Pandora.com and pick a genre that matches the mood I’m in.

Usually if I’m working late in the night, the music is some mellow jazz.

One would expect me to say that I listen to worship music all the time in the studio. I include a lot of worship music actually outside of the studio time, then end up with either no music or something relative to the peice that I’m working on.

Yeah, my studio/TV room is a combination of art stuff, computer stuff and school stuff.
My art desk has stacks of artwork on top of it.
I have a movie poster size Glen Keane’s rough sketch picture of “Tarzan.”
I have my artwork posted all over my wall’s. They tell me what to stick with and what to change for the next project.
I have art suppies coming out of my ears around the desk and eventually I’ll take my Wacom out of the box, but for right now…my mouse is doing the job…I can’t get the pencil movement set the way I want it…so I procrastinate.

I rarely draw from that room, I actually do my finish work from that room. I like to draw at my dining room table…its more serene and less crowded.
