South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley vetoed all funding for the state Arts Commission.

If state lawmakers sustain Haley’s veto of the commission’s $1.9 million budget, South Carolina would be the only state in the nation without an Arts Commission.
Haley said taxpayers could decide for themselves whether to support the arts.
