Try This Time Travel Exercise: Part 2

What seemed to be a somewhat corny exercise actually turned into a new and unique method of goal setting.
You may recall Part I of this project asked you to picture yourself at the age of eighty, then write a letter to your current self to reflect on great things in a long life.
The other part of the exercise had you to picture yourself at age eight and talk about what you like.

 I came across the following exercise when I was reading a book called The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron.
Now, I’ve said it here before that I don’t agree with all of the things in the book, but it does have quite a few good practical exercises like the following that I think are cool:
This is a Time Traveling/ Goal Setting exercise:
